Milhares de detentos do regime semiaberto deixam as unidades prisionais do Estado de São Paulo nesta terça-feira (17), durante a primeira saída temporária de 2026.
Os beneficiados deverão retornar aos presídios até às 18h da próxima segunda-feira, dia 23 de março.
A medida, prevista em lei, tem como objetivo a ressocialização dos detentos, permitindo o contato com familiares e a reintegração gradual à sociedade.
A saída temporária ocorre quatro vezes ao ano, geralmente nos meses de março, junho, setembro e dezembro, seguindo calendário definido pela Justiça.
▶️ QUEM TEM DIREITO
Podem ser beneficiados presos que estão no regime semiaberto, com bom comportamento e que já cumpriram parte da pena — no mínimo 1/6, se primários, ou 1/4, se reincidentes.
▶️ QUEM NÃO TEM DIREITO
Detentos em regime fechado ou que não atendem aos critérios legais não podem participar da saída temporária.
▶️ REGRAS DURANTE O PERÍODO
Durante a saidinha, os presos devem permanecer no endereço informado à Justiça, sendo proibida a frequência em bares, festas ou locais similares, além do consumo de bebidas alcoólicas e envolvimento em qualquer tipo de ocorrência.
O descumprimento das regras pode resultar na perda do benefício e retorno ao regime fechado.
▶️ MUDANÇA NA LEGISLAÇÃO
A nova legislação que restringe o benefício não se aplica aos detentos que já estavam presos antes das alterações na lei.
